Do you manage single homes or only large buildings?
HUNTSVILLE POH, LLC manages single-family homes, duplexes and multi-unit buildings from about four up to a dozen doors. A home far from a town centre suits us as well as one in a quiet subdivision. We build our portfolio around homes we can drive to, inspect in person and keep on a single ledger desk.
How do you bill for the management work?
We run the standard arrangement of a monthly management fee based on a percentage of the collected rent, with no hidden per-call charges for ordinary maintenance coordination. Larger repairs you approve in advance. Every fee and expense is itemised on the monthly statement so you always see what you pay for.
How fast do you answer a maintenance call from a tenant?
A tenant call is answered on the same day it arrives. Urgent dangers to health or the building draw a technician right away, and ordinary repairs go to a trusted trade in the next available working slot. Every completed job returns with a photograph and an itemised invoice in the file.
